The Technique

Venetian Plaster is a timeless wall finish that dates back to the Renaissance. Unlike standard paint, this technique uses multiple layers of lime-based putty, often mixed with marble dust, to create a surface with incredible depth and a glass-like polish.

The artisanal application involves hand-troweling each layer to achieve a bespoke texture. Once applied and burnished, the plaster naturally hardens through carbonization, becoming a rock-like surface that is as durable as it is beautiful.

Perfect for prestigious interior surfaces found in luxury estates, it is highly compatible with drywall and masonry. Its breathability also makes it naturally resistant to mold and mildew, ensuring long-lasting architectural integrity.
